The User Fee Tracking and Reporting System is a web-based application for the implementation of HB 1284 which was passed in the 2010 legislative session. This legislation requires OPB to maintain a record of all user fees collected by any department, agency, or other budget unit on an annual basis and to publish the information gathered on the open.georgia.gov website. The application will allow agencies to annually report on the collection of user fees.

To gain access to U.F.T.S., the Agency Head or the Fiscal Officer must approve a request form for new Agency Users. Please submit one form per user.

Only new state agencies should submit an Agency Agreement Form. This form must be signed by the Agency Head or Fiscal Officer.
